Thorlogix make a commitment to respect user privacy and does not use any tracking, ads or privacy invasive technique of any sort within its mobile application.
The words "Thorlogix", "developer" or "application developer" are all referring to the creator and publisher of "Thorlight for Philips Hue" application.

Thorlight mobile application on Apple App Store
The IOS mobile application of Thorlight does not keep or transfer any user personal informations on external servers. By "external server" we mean any servers hosted, rented or provided by Thorlogix. All informations are kept private under user devices or iCloud account at the exception of the following:
Philips Hue bridge
The IOS mobile app does save some configurations on the user Philips Hue bridge. This is done to maintain great user experience across devices that has been granted access to the Philips Hue bridge of the user. Any IOS device running Thorlight which is granted access to Philips Hue bridge will get access to that configuration so the new device do not have to do the configuration. This has been depreciated in version 3.1 and now relying on Apple iCloud to save configuration.
By "configuration" we mean the following special configurations which allow Thorlight to be aware of light position within an environment:
New feature in version 3.1 was added to share configuration with other local users on the network. This feature located in upper right corner of setup menu, will exchange al configuration of connections, LightLinks, LightBands and Rooms to any Thorlight instance on the network.
Apple iCloud
Configurations within the app are saved on the Apple iCloud account tied to the IOS device running Thorlight. iCloud is used to synchronise configurations and options between user devices for a better user experience. Any information stored on iCloud is only accessible by the end user and no information is transferred to Thorlogix.
Contact developer
Usage of the "Contact developer" option under help menu will use the default email client on the device to present a new empty email. The email will be addressed to support@thorlogix.com and will include the reply address of the user configured in its default mail app. Additionally, the subject of the email template will be filled with the Thorlight version number for better support. If the end user doesn't want to share currently used version of Thorlight, please erase this information before sending the support request.
